You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
3. The Service
RainCryptoMedia provides a marketplace dashboard through which you can purchase social-media growth services delivered by independent network providers. We act as the front-end interface and payment processor; actual delivery of services is performed by upstream networks. We make no warranty as to the platforms or accounts engaged in the delivery chain.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party, (c) target minors or any person without their consent, (d) submit content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable, (e) abuse, harass, or threaten any other user or our staff, (f) attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or technical safeguards, (g) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, (h) reuse or resell our infrastructure to operate a competing service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of each social platform on which the delivered services run. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee compliance with third-party platforms' rules.
5. Payments and balance
The Service accepts cryptocurrency payments through an external processor. Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any deposit we suspect to be fraudulent or in violation of applicable law.
Prices are denominated in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Once an order is placed, the charge displayed at submission is the final charge.
6. Order delivery
Most orders begin within minutes of submission. Estimated start time, delivery speed, and expected outcomes are listed on each service page; these are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays, drops, or failures caused by upstream networks or by changes in social platforms' algorithms or policies.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Affiliate program
Where offered, the affiliate program pays a percentage of qualified deposits from users who sign up using your referral link. Self-referral and other forms of fraud are prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to modify the affiliate program (including commission rates and eligibility criteria) at any time.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Outstanding balances may be forfeited where permitted by law and our Refund Policy.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RAINCRYPTOMEDIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RainCryptoMedia and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or via email. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RainCryptoMedia is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
