RainCryptoMedia (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have.
1. What we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, a username, and (for Credentials sign-up) a password hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email address and a stable account identifier from Google; we never receive your Google password.
Order information. To deliver an order, we store the public link or username you submit, the service you selected, and any per-service inputs (e.g. comments to post on a Custom Comments order). We do not ask for or store passwords to your social media accounts.
Payment information. Crypto payments are processed by an external payment processor. We do not see or store your wallet keys, seed phrases, or full transaction signing data. We do receive and store the payment processor's invoice ID, the on-chain confirmation status, and the resulting balance credit.
Usage data. We log basic technical information such as IP address, user-agent, request paths, and timestamps for diagnostics, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
Cookies. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to (a) provide and operate the Service, (b) process payments and credit your wallet, (c) deliver and support your orders, (d) prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access, (e) communicate with you about your account and orders, and (f) comply with legal obligations.
3. Who we share with
Service providers. We share the minimum information necessary with vendors who help us run the Service — for example, our payment processor, our hosting provider, and the upstream networks that fulfill orders. These vendors are contractually required to handle your data only for the purpose we engaged them.
Legal compliance. We may disclose information in response to a valid legal process or to protect rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data retention
We retain account and order data for as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period after, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time; some records may be retained as required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted transit (HTTPS), encrypted password storage (bcrypt), least-privilege database access, and automated logging of sensitive operations. No system is 100% secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us so we can delete it.
8. International transfers
We may process and store information in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or via email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
