We want orders that work. When something goes wrong, we'd rather refund you than make you fight for it. This page explains exactly how refunds are handled.
1. Wallet top-ups
Funds added to your RainCryptoMedia wallet via cryptocurrency are generally non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Crypto payments are irreversible by nature; we cannot reverse a deposit that has already been credited. If you mis-typed a deposit amount or sent the wrong coin, contact us via the Contact page or open a support ticket and we will help you resolve it where reasonably possible.
Partial payments — where the network reports an amount paid that is less than the invoice — are placed on hold for admin review and not auto-credited. Our team will reach out to confirm the actual amount received and credit your wallet for that amount, or work with you to complete the deposit.
2. Order refunds — automatic
Some refunds happen without you needing to ask:
- Canceled orders. If an order is canceled by the delivery network on our side, we automatically refund the full charge to your wallet balance.
- Partial deliveries. If only part of an order is delivered, we automatically refund the un-delivered portion at the per-unit rate. For example, if you ordered 1,000 likes at $10 and only 600 were delivered, $4 is automatically credited back to your wallet.
Auto-refunds appear in your transaction history with the note “Auto-refund — order canceled upstream” or “Auto pro-rate refund — N of M undelivered”. Look for these on your Wallet History page.
3. Order refunds — by request
If you believe an order was not delivered as described, open a support ticket from your dashboard within 14 days of placement. Include the order ID and any relevant screenshots or proof. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a manual refund or refill.
Eligible reasons for a manual refund include:
- The service did not start within the timeframe described on the service page, and our retries did not resolve the issue.
- The deliverables clearly do not match the service description.
- A bug on our side caused incorrect billing.
Reasons we generally cannot refund include:
- Buyer's remorse after a successfully delivered order.
- Drops or losses on the social platform after the order is marked Completed (refill is the appropriate remedy where the service supports it).
- Account-side restrictions imposed by social platforms (we cannot control or predict third-party platform actions).
- Submissions to private, deleted, or inaccessible links.
4. Refills
Eligible services include drop protection. If your delivered count drops below the ordered amount within the refill window listed on the service page, click “Refill” on the order row in your Orders page. Refill is a top-up, not a refund — your wallet balance is not changed.
5. Form of refund
Refunds are credited back to your RainCryptoMedia wallet balance, which you can spend on future orders. We do not return funds to your on-chain wallet. This avoids on-chain transaction fees and the complexity of reverse remittances.
6. Affiliate commissions
Affiliate commissions credited as a result of a referred user's deposit may be reversed if the underlying deposit is itself reversed or determined to be fraudulent. Repeated incidents will be treated as affiliate-program abuse under our Terms.
7. How to request a refund
Open a support ticket from the Tickets page in your dashboard, or use the Contact form. Include the order ID, the date, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced through the Service.
