Eligible services include drop protection. Open the order on the Orders page and click Refill, or open a support ticket and we'll handle it.

Some services support cancellation while the order is still pending. Open a Cancellation ticket on the Tickets page and we'll review.

We never store your social media passwords, and we don't ask for them. Most services only need a public URL or username. Account credentials, when needed for specific services, are handled inside that service's own UI.
